Ready for the Blues!
Fully Tested and Working

A beautiful Astatic Biscuit in excellent cosmetic condition, with a few small scratches. It's newly rewired, with a Switchcraft cable connector, and a great-sounding original Brush element from 1946.

Tone-wise, this mic is crisp with good lows and great distortion hen cupped. This original crystal element is truly hard to find in working condition, and it howls!

The mic features:
– 1946 Brush Crystal Element
– Original Glossy Brown Paint
– Switchcraft 5/8” screw-on connector
– Original Chrome Grill

Good cosmetic condition and a few nicks and scuffs on the grill.

The mic has been tested on a Mission Chicago 30 watt amp, and on a lovely little Kalamazoo Model Two amp. It performs great on both.
