This Blues Blaster, Hohner’s version of the vintage JT-30 mic, has a great, strong, Astatic MC 151 Crystal element inside. These crystals are becoming harder to find out there. Nice gritty tone. Breaks up nicely on the lows when cupped, bright and crisp when open.

This microphone has been fully rewired, and a new, properly configured, Alpha potentiometer has been installed. The volume control is smooth, and easy to grab with the knurled knob.

Excellent cosmetic condition, but there are a few nicks and scratches in the blue finish. Please look carefully at the photographs.
