Fully Tested and Working
The Shure Commando Model 425 is a controlled-magnetic microphone produced from 1957 to 1973. It’s a small, easy-to-cup microphone that sounds awesome for amplified blues harmonica. This is freshly rewired, with the addition of a Switchcraft 5/8” screw-on adapter so you can connect directly to a mic cable.
This mic is HOT! It works well for harp and vocals at the same time. Cup the mic and you get a strong, crunch distortion similar to a Shure Bullet mic. Uncupped the tone is clear, and reproduces the notes cleanly. A versatile, ready-to-gig microphone.
The mic features:
– Strong output
– Controlled-magnetic
– Switchcraft 5/8” screw-on connector
– Rough Cosmetic condition
