Out of my collection of misfits comes this working Turner 22D funky blues harp microphone. Looks like this mic was produced in the mid 1940s or 1950s. It’s got a little tarnished patina to the brushed chrome exterior, but looks like it would shine right up.

This mic has a very hot element, with strong output. I don’t recognize the make and model of the element. It’s an A.E.CO D5189A model. A previous owner replaced the original Turner element, and used masking tape as a gasket. Gotta say, though, it fits just right.
